Adama Traore
I'm hearing from an IKN that we're interested in this lad.

Moyes can convert him into a beast of a striker.

If he costs more than a fiver, that counts us out.

Re: Adama Traore
He's a lump isnt he Eerie son,you wouldnt want him catching you on top of his Mrs. He can shift a bit as well for a bloke of his size.

A8 has already applied for the job of covering him in baby oil before every game.

Loan with an option to buy if he plays 200 games consecutively.

Classic luxury player.

Re: Adama Traore
I'd echo what others have said.

They'd surely want more than the pittance we'd be offering?

Re: Adama Traore
His form has dropped off this season, which is probably a clue as to why none of the big boys have ever come in for him. At a guess I'd say they would want circa 40 mil for him.

Re: Adama Traore
Half his appearances this season alone have been off the bench.

I've seen the good things he does on motd. Haven't yet been exposed to why he's a mid table team squad player.

Re: Adama Traore
This is happening as a winger.

I'd say it all sounds the same as Arnautovic & Antonio over the years when they were wingers.

I reckon this lad could be turned into a striker by Moyes, with the way we play he's got all the assets. He'd be unstoppable.

Re: Adama Traore
offer haller in a swap deal. I think their system would suit him better, and traore could learn the antonio role

Re: Adama Traore
Offer haller...plus 40m you mean?

Or hope that wolves havent got access to a TV

Takashi Miike 1:05 Wed Dec 23
Re: Adama Traore
not sure where you get this notion that haller's suddenly worth nothing, and traore's a £40m+ player. as far as I know, he hasn't scored a goal or provided an assist this season

Re: Adama Traore
You can't teach pace and he is empirically one of if not the fastest player in the league.

He would have to learn to time his runs, which I have seen him not be able to do sometimes and play back to goal.

Certainly has the Antonio/Arnautovic tools, if not more so. Wolves are hurting a bit upfront right now, be interesting to see if Nuno thinks the same. Though they do have that Silva kid they payed £30 sum million for.

I used to think he was better than Antonio, now I’m not so sure.

Re: Adama Traore
No thanks. Seems like a classic headless chicken to me. Fast as anything for sure but there’s a reason he’s a bit part player.

Re: Adama Traore
And he greases his arms up. We don’t want any of that here.

Is he out of contract soon?

Re: Adama Traore
But just for fun, imagine him AND Antonio up front together. No matter whether they'd score a goal or not, the sight of a defence running around after them would quite a sight!

Re: Adama Traore
i work with a few wolves lads and they were bitching and moaning about him a couple of years ago but last year said how they had to admit how much he had changed.

said when they got him he was the classic headless chicken but had learnt to time his runs etc and what a player he was for them, may have got player of the season for them.

definitely an antonio type winger, not as a forward, and a beast. when we played them last year at their place cresswell couldn't get within a3 yards of him and bounced off him the couple of times he tried to tackle him.

IF and a big IF we are interested in him, then at his age he will improve with us and then move on to bigger and better things.

no doubting the lad is a talent, just needs focusing.
